When calculating the emissions of your company, it is integral that you counterbalance them with offsets. Offsets can be recorded, or requested, seamlessly through greenfeet. Offsets can range from environmental practices, to enhancing the way your business runs with more sustainable technological options.

Recording an Offset

To record an offset you must complete the following;

Select “Emissions” → Select “Offsets” → Select “Add record”

You will need to know the impact your offset had on the C02 levels, in either kilograms or metric tons
The time frame that the offset was employed is necessary, and attaching a title is heavily encouraged.
A description is only necessary if you have hopes of deciphering your offsets down the road.

Requesting an Offset

To request an offset be given to you, all you need to do is the following;

Select “Emissions” → Select “Offsets” → Select “Request Offset”

Once you arrive to request an offset, you are faced with a choice as to how you would want us to reach out to you.

You can declare whether you want to set up a meeting via Zoom, or we can simply send you an email to determine which offsets would work best for you and your company.
